Jia B.V.: een case study op basis van de Hongloumeng

In dit onderzoek heb ik de klassieke Chinese roman Hongloumeng gebruikt als primaire bron. Hierbij heb ik gekeken hoe in het boek de familie Jia, een grote aristocratische familie, zich als een onderneming gedroeg en hoe dat deze 'onderneming' georganiseerd was. Het doel is een holistisch beeld te creëren en om vanuit een nieuwe invalshoek inzicht te verschaffen in hoe dat aristocratische families in het oude China organisatorisch in elkaar steken.
