Children at risk for future criminal behavior may display externalizing behavior which is linked to deficits in executive functions (EF). This study aimed to investigate this relationship between EF and externalizing behavior in at-risk children for criminal behavior, as well as whether executive functions predicted behavioral change following preventive interventions to prevent future criminal behavior.
