Kiki Smiths Untitled. Seksualiteit en controle over het lichaam.

Bachelor thesis | Kunstgeschiedenis (BA)
Onderzoek naar seksualiteit en controle over het lichaam in de wassen beeldengroep Untitled van de Amerikaanse kunstenares Kiki Smith. Hierbij lijkt het psychologische lijden van de mensfiguren een grotere rol te spelen dan de seksualiteit van de figuren. Controle over het lichaam van de figuren is onderzocht naar Freuds theorie over voyeurisme. Het innerlijk lijden van de figuren lijkt voort te komen uit voyeuristische processen uit de maatschappij.
