Diaspora through a Political Lens: The Influence of the Rwandan Diaspora on Foreign Policy Formulation in the Netherlands

“Processes of globalisation, new migratory patterns and the creation of transnational entities have altered political dynamics. Crossing geographic, cultural and political borders, diaspora communities have become more numerous gaining political significance.
