It compares it to the realization of TAM in both Biblical Hebrew (with which JPA was in contact through the legacy of the Bible) and Achaemenid Official Aramaic (which is more closely related in a genealogical sense).Show less

Per aspectstam is onderzocht hoe...Show moreIn deze scriptie beargumenteer ik dat de rol van actionaliteit in aspectkeuze is afgenomen in de loop van de ontwikkeling van het Homerisch tot het Klassiek Grieks. Per aspectstam is onderzocht hoe de actionaliteit van het werkwoord de keuze voor deze aspectstam bepaalt en hoe die gevallen te verklaren zijn waarin juist geen verband tussen aspect en actionaliteit is. Mijn onderzoek is gestoeld op werkwoorden uit twee passages van de Odyssee (9.29-169 en 10.80-172) en uit een passage van Euripides' Bacchae (1043-1152) en een passage van Herodotus' Historiën (3.13-16).Show less
